But First, Coffee Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee performance across corporate and franchise stores in Metro Manila.

The role drives revenue growth, profitability, and franchise relationships while leading cross-functional teams to execute market strategies and store standards. You will manage P&L, optimize COGS and labor costs, and partner with Leasing and Marketing to ensure operational readiness and brand consistency across all locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5 to 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit retail or QSR operations.
• Solid experience in Franchise Operations Management, including franchise relations and compliance.
• Deep understanding of unit-level economics, P&L, COGS, labor costs, and EBITDA margins.
• Demonstrated ability to build and execute sales activation strategies driving ADS and transaction volume.
• Basic understanding of leasing arrangements, mall operations, and commercial rent structures.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Metro Manila and regional provinces for on-site visits and partner meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Management to set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly targets for corporate and franchise stores.
• Oversee Profit & Cost Management by reviewing P&L, COGS, and OpEx to protect margins.
• Manage Franchisee & Lessor relations through regular reviews and brand standard compliance.
• Provide Leadership & Change Management by mentoring leaders and standardizing SOPs across networks.
• Plan HR and Operational Training to forecast staffing and develop training modules.
• Drive Business Development, Retention & Brand Positioning to expand store footprint and maintain brand standards.
