Job summary

But First, Coffee Inc. is seeking a Business Development Officer to support and scale sales across multiple brands. You will handle end-to-end sales activities from inquiry management to closing, ensuring timely responses and strong conversion rates.

You will work with the Business Development Manager and coordinate with Franchise, Projects, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure a seamless sales process and proper handover to internal teams after closing, meeting SLA targets.

Qualifications

• Background in sales, business development, or account management.
• Ability to manage multiple products, services, and price points.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
• Experience in franchise, projects, or services sales is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries across all assigned brands.
• Qualify leads based on budget, timeline, decision-maker, and readiness.
• Manage the full sales cycle: inquiry → proposal → follow-up → closing.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and ensure no leads are missed or stalled.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales endorsements as needed.
• Maintain accurate and updated sales pipelines and CRM records.
• Coordinate with Franchise, Projects, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams.
• Ensure proper client handover to relevant internal teams after closing.
• Meet defined response-time SLAs and sales performance targets.
