Job summary
Goodman Tech BPO OPC is seeking an L3 Systems Engineer for a dedicated offshore seat with a North American managed service provider. You will own escalated tickets and deliver projects across multiple client environments, covering Microsoft 365, servers, backups, networking and security.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in an MSP environment handling tickets and projects across multiple clients.
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration: Exchange Online, licensing, security settings, SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Hands-on migration experience (file server to SharePoint, mailbox/tenant migrations).
- Windows Server, Active Directory and Entra ID administration.
- Hyper-V or VMware virtualization and related backup/DR tooling.
Responsibilities
- Own escalated tickets and deliver projects across multiple client environments from start to finish.
- Work across Microsoft 365, servers, backups, networking and security with minimal hand-holding.
- Maintain clear ticket notes, documentation, and time entries; communicate status to North American stakeholders.
