Job summary

GCash is seeking an MSME Account Manager in Metro Manila to drive merchant acquisition, build strategic partnerships, and deliver tailored payment solutions.

You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, manage key accounts, provide regular business reviews, and collaborate with product and operations to meet KPIs.

The role requires a business degree and fintech sales experience, with strong negotiation, relationship-building, and data-driven reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Experience in sales, business development, account management, or merchant acquisition in fintech/digital payments is preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and deal-closing skills; capable of managing full sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchant acquisition and end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships; identify opportunities for growth and increased transaction volume.
• Build and maintain relationships with merchant partners and key stakeholders; conductRegular business reviews.
