Job summary

GCash seeks an Incubation and Business Development Manager to drive merchant growth and engagement for MSME partners. The role focuses on expanding wallet share, cross-selling, and scaling merchant acquisition with BPO and VKAM partnerships.

You will develop scalable playbooks and work with internal teams to improve merchant activity, product adoption, and the overall after-sales experience. Strong leadership and fintech experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or related field.
• Experience managing BPO, outsourced sales, or VKAM teams preferred.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, digital payments, or BPO industry is an advantage.
• Strong sales strategy, business development, and account growth skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to grow the MSME merchant base and increase revenue.
• Manage and optimize the sales funnel from lead generation to merchant activation and growth.
• Identify high-value accounts and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase wallet share.
• Lead BPO and VKAM partners by setting targets, guidelines, and monitoring performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to resolve merchant concerns and improve adoption.
