GCash is seeking a seasoned sales and business development leader to expand the MSME merchant base in the Philippines. You will shape strategies to drive revenue, onboarding, activation, and growth for key accounts.

Lead BPO and VKAM partnerships, coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Merchant Experience to boost engagement and product adoption.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in Sales/BD/Account Management.
Experience leading or growing businesses via third-party partners.
Experience with BPO or VKAM teams preferred.
Fintech, digital payments, or financial services background is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to grow the MSME merchant base.
Manage and optimize the sales funnel from lead generation to activation and growth.
Identify high-value accounts and upsell/cross-sell opportunities to increase wallet share.
Create scalable industry playbooks and merchant-focused solutions.
Lead BPO and VKAM partners, setting targets and monitoring performance.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Merchant Experience to improve engagement and product adoption.
Develop strategies to re-engage inactive merchants and drive usage of GCash for Business.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and merchant profiles for performance updates.
Serve as SME on MSME industries and recommend GCash solutions based on market trends.
Drive initiatives from planning to execution with cross-functional teams.
