Qualifications

• Deep understanding of MSME clients and local market dynamics (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Drive loan and deposit growth through proactive sales and field-based business development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with MSME clients and community partners.
• Lead client acquisition efforts and expand the branch’s market presence.
• Originate quality loans and ensure a healthy, sustainable credit portfolio.
• Represent the bank in community events, networking activities, and local business groups.
