Job summary

Security Bank Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Sales Officer to generate target revenue by offering financial services to MSME customers through brokers and agents. The role involves coordinating with broker groups, pre-screening/KYC, and closing transactions while tracking referrals for the bank’s rewards program.

You will conduct product training, run marketing campaigns, and provide updates on performance and new offers.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum in Sales and Lending.
• Willing to do field work to meet clients.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

Responsibilities

• Sells the Bank’s MSME products thru the different broker groups within the Bank to meet monthly sales targets.
• Implements marketing programs, showcases, sales blitzes, and other campaigns.
• Gives regular updates to partners on performance, offers, promotions, policies, processes.
• Conducts product training, orientation, or refreshers to the brokers.
• Conducts sales calls on own leads or broker leads.
• Performs AMLA/Beneficial Ownership due diligence on corporate accounts referred by Brokers who are not yet SBC depositors.
