Job summary

ECLOF Philippines Microfinance, Inc. seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead the Cainta, Rizal branch and drive growth while ensuring outstanding customer service and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee cash management, loan origination, and day-to-day operations, building strong client relationships and managing a high-performing team. The role requires 5+ years in branch management, deep knowledge of Philippine microfinance products, and solid leadership and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of branch management or retail banking operations preferred.
• Proven ability to drive sales targets and business growth.
• Strong understanding of microfinance products in the Philippine context.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Solid knowledge of Philippine banking regulations, compliance and risk.
• Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and performance reporting.
• Excellent communication in English and Filipino; customer-focused.
• Experience with banking systems and MS Office applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the branch team to deliver service excellence and hit sales/financial targets.
• Oversee daily branch operations including cash management and regulatory compliance.
• Develop strategies to grow customer acquisition, retention and satisfaction.
• Manage loan origination and approvals per policies and procedures.
• Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Monitor branch performance metrics and financial results.
• Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff for high performance.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and risk management.
• Identify process improvements and drive operational efficiencies.
• Manage branch budgets and control expenses.
