Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding accounts, contract/document management, collections.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned motorcycle retail accounts.
• Cross-sell and up-sell relevant insurance products.
• Monitor account profitability and compliance with servicing standards.
• Handle onboarding of new accounts and their documentary requirements.
• Track enrollments, sales, billing, and collections.
• Coordinate claims follow-through and ensure turnaround time is met.
• Drive renewal initiatives and collaborate on marketing strategies.
• Conduct regular fieldwork and trade checks.
