CNT Promo & Ads Specialist, Inc. is seeking a Branch Operations Supervisor to oversee daily activities at the Mandaluyong office, focusing on motorcycle parts and materials.

You will ensure parts availability for customers and the Service Department, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain accurate inventory records. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for fast-paced dealership operations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in parts operations or inventory management.
• Experience as Parts Advisor/Supervisor or similar role.
• Knowledge of motorcycle/automotive parts and inventory management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Branch Office.
• Ensure availability of motorcycle parts, accessories, and materials for customers and Service Department.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment or ordering of fast-moving and critical parts.
• Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and internal departments regarding parts availability and delivery schedules.
• Review and process parts requests, purchase orders, and customer orders accurately.
• Assist customers and teams in identifying correct parts based on requirements.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure parts are available for scheduled repairs.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile records.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, shortages, damaged items, and incorrect deliveries.
• Ensure parts are properly labeled, stored, and protected.
