Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Branch Supervisor to oversee branch sales and operations for motorcycles, parts, and repossessed units. You will drive sales through BT L marketing, lead a team, and ensure customer satisfaction across a busy branch.

The role requires 2–5 years in sales or branch ops, and supervisory experience is a plus. Travel within assigned areas may be required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in sales, branch operations, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in automotive, motorcycle, retail, or financial services is preferred.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implements branch sales strategies and Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities to generate sales leads and achieve targets.
• Achieves branch targets for new motorcycle sales (cash and installment), parts sales, and repossessed units by monitoring performance.
• Coordinates and monitors branch marketing activities, ensuring proper documentation and utilization of resources.
• Ensures promotions, merchandising standards, and branch branding guidelines are followed.
• Monitors customer inquiries, leads, and sales conversion to maximize opportunities and satisfaction.
• Handles and resolves customer concerns related to sales and promotions with relevant departments.
• Conducts market monitoring, competitor checks, and price comparisons to maintain competitiveness.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitors branch inventory, including motorcycles, parts, and assets, for proper control.
• Leads and motivates staff through coaching and support to improve productivity.
• Conducts regular branch meetings to review performance and plan improvements.
• Prepares evaluations and recognizes employees based on KPIs and standards.
• Supports talent development and succession planning.
