Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation in Cebu/Minglanilla seeks a Branch Supervisor to oversee branch sales and operations for motorcycles, parts, and repossessed units. You will drive sales with effective strategies, engage customers, and ensure service excellence.

You will monitor performance, coach staff, coordinate marketing activities, and ensure compliance with company policies while maximizing profitability and market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, branch operations, or customer-facing roles.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Preferably with automotive, motorcycle, retail, or financial services exposure.
• Willingness to travel within assigned areas.

Responsibilities

• Implements branch sales strategies and BTL marketing to generate leads and meet targets.
• Achieves branch targets for motorcycle sales, parts, and repossessed units.
• Coordinates branch marketing activities and manages resources.
• Ensures promotions, merchandising standards, and branding guidelines.
• Monitors inquiries, leads, and sales conversions to maximize opportunities.
• Handles customer concerns in coordination with relevant departments.
• Conducts market monitoring, competitor checks, and price analysis.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, safety, and regulations.
• Monitors inventory and assets, including motorcycles and parts.
• Leads and coaches branch staff to improve productivity and performance.
• Conducts regular branch meetings; prepares evaluations and recognizes employees.
• Assists in developing employees and identifying potential successors.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
