Pioneer Insurance in the Philippines seeks an experienced Account Manager to manage Motorcycle Retail accounts, grow relationships, meet sales targets, and drive renewals and collections. This role blends servicing, fieldwork, and coordination.

Formación

• 3+ years in account management, motor insurance sales, or automotive sales.
• Proven record in sales, cross-selling and customer servicing.
• Experience onboarding accounts, contract/document management, collections.
• Background in marketing is an advantage.
• Strong compliance and relationship management with fieldwork experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow assigned Motorcycle Retail accounts and meet sales targets
• Cross-sell and up-sell relevant insurance products
• Monitor account profitability and ensure compliance with servicing standards
• Handle onboarding of new accounts, contracts, and documentary requirements (KYC, DPA, AMLA)
• Track enrollments, sales, billing, and collections
• Coordinate claims follow-through and ensure turnaround time is met
• Drive renewal initiatives and collaborate for marketing strategies
• Conduct regular fieldwork and trade checks
• Participate in planning, PPA processes, and staff development as applicable

Qualifications

• Leadership experience is preferred
• Willingness to work in a full onsite setup and to do fieldwork
