Job summary

Pioneer Insurance in the Philippines seeks a growth-focused professional to drive the Motorcycle insurance portfolio. You will acquire new partners, develop business opportunities, and close deals through field-based activities and strategic account onboarding.

You will coordinate with marketing, prepare proposals, onboard accounts, and hand off to servicing, while tracking performance and mentoring teammates to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in motor insurance sales or partnership sales.
• Proven track record in closing deals and hitting targets.
• Experience in preparing business plans, proposals, onboarding accounts.
• Marketing or contract management background is an advantage.
• Experience in leading or coaching people preferred.
• Willingness to work onsite and perform fieldwork.

• Prepare proposals, manage contracts, and ensure complete onboarding requirements


• Coordinate with Marketing for campaigns and partner support


• Facilitate partner training/orientation


• Ensure smooth turnover of new accounts to Servicing


• Participate in planning, metrics reporting, and team development activities
