Pioneer Your Insurance is seeking a proactive business development professional to accelerate the Motorcycle insurance portfolio. You will acquire and manage partners, develop go-to-market plans, and coordinate onboarding and training.

The role requires hands-on fieldwork, strong negotiation, and a proven sales track record. Responsibilities include crafting business plans, conducting market research, and collaborating with Marketing to drive campaigns and support partners.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in Motor insurance sales, account acquisition, B2B/B2C, or partnership sales.
• Proven track record in closing deals, hitting sales targets, and growing accounts.
• Experience in preparing business plans, proposals, and onboarding accounts.
• Background in marketing or contract management is an advantage.
• Experience in leading or coaching people is preferred.
• Willingness to work in a full onsite setup and to do fieldwork.

About the Role
