Job summary

AS White Global is seeking a Motor Vehicle Assessor to join our claims services team in Manila. You will attend risk addresses, discuss events with customers, and manage the assessment process from field to report submission, with hybrid work arrangement and Australian hours.

The role requires a Finance/Business-related degree, TESDA or automotive trade qualification, and strong English communication. You will interact with insured parties, repairers, and clients to resolve queries efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• Experience as a Motor Vehicle Assessor with repair and total loss work.
• TESDA-certified or automotive trade qualification.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Able to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage an insurance claim, including assessment report submission and costing.
• Complete assessments assigned by Assessing Operations Manager.
• Interact with insured parties, clients and repairers to gather information.
• Prepare assessment reports to send to the client.
• Maintain communications with management on issues.
• Complete total loss assessments and block quotes.
