Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Willingness to complete the six-month training program with attendance and assessments.
• Analytical aptitude with ability to interpret financial and credit information.
• Strong attention to detail in documentation and processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office; willingness to learn underwriting systems.
• Flexible to work night shifts aligned with US business hours and to hybrid/onsite arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all required training sessions and learning activities throughout the six-month program.
• Complete modules covering products, credit analysis, income calculation, asset review, credit reports, debt obligations, and collateral documentation.
• Perform knowledge checks, practical exercises, simulations, and underwriting test cases within timelines.
• Review borrower and property documentation under supervision (income, employment, assets, liabilities, credit, appraisal, title).
• Identify documentation gaps, inconsistencies, risk indicators, and underwriting conditions with guidance.
• Apply underwriting guidelines and escalation procedures under supervision.
• Use underwriting systems and calculators, including automated decisioning where applicable.
• Participate in coaching sessions and readiness reviews to support improvement.
