Qualifications

• Ability to learn and apply complex policies and regulatory requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
• Willing to work night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours; hybrid/onsite as needed.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all required training sessions and learning activities throughout the six-month program.
• Complete modules covering products, credit analysis, income calculation, asset review, and collateral documentation.
• Perform knowledge checks, exercises, simulations, and underwriting tests.
• Review borrower and property documents under supervision.
• Identify documentation gaps, risk indicators, and underwriting conditions.
• Apply underwriting guidelines and escalation procedures under supervision.
• Use underwriting systems and spreadsheet calculators.
• Participate in coaching, calibration, and readiness reviews.
• Maintain attendance, professionalism, training engagement, and quality standards.
• Protect customer information and comply with fair lending requirements.
• Complete lending authority assessment for progression to Credit Underwriter.
