The ideal candidate has hands-on mortgage experience in US banking, strong communication skills, and the ability to log case details accurately in banking databases.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mortgage experience in US banking or financial services is required.
• 1–2 years of telephony support experience in US/UK banking accounts is preferred.
• Education can be high school or higher, including some college.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end voice and operational support for mortgage customers.
• Handle inquiries regarding mortgage accounts, loan documentation, verification, and payment processing.
• Record case details, workflow status, and customer interactions in banking databases.
• Ensure compliance with privacy standards and quality benchmarks.
