Moder Solutions Inc. is seeking a dedicated CSR for US mortgage accounts in the Philippines. You will deliver top-notch customer experiences, assist clients with financial and homeownership goals, and collaborate with global teams across time zones.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2 years of BPO experience (or 5 years of CSR for US accounts), excellent English skills, and willingness to work a night/graveyard shift. Insurance or mortgage background is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years of BPO experience handling Property Insurance, Home Insurance, Collections and Payment Processing or 5 years of solid BPO Customer Service for US accounts.
• Excellent English communication skills required.
