The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and experience in sales support or banking operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Management, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales support, administrative work, banking operations, or customer service.
• Fresh graduates considered with strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of loan products or mortgage financing is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and documentation management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
