Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US consumers to offer mortgage and refinancing options.
• Call US mortgage brokers to promote verified leads.
• Enter and maintain lead data in CRM.
• Work with verification and compliance teams to confirm qualified leads.
• Scrub call lists against Do Not Call databases and ensure TCPA compliance.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for calls, leads generated, and verified conversions.
• Share feedback to improve scripts, campaigns, and lead quality.
