Lendi Group in Manila is seeking a Packaging Manager to lead the Home Loan Packaging Team. You will manage daily workflow, coach staff, ensure submission readiness and quality, and coordinate with origination, operations and third‑party stakeholders.

This hands‑on leadership role focuses on improving throughput, reducing rework, and maintaining clear documentation. You will help refine SOPs, track service performance, and balance deadlines in a fast‑paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading or supervising an operations, mortgage processing, loan packaging or pre‑assessment team.
• Strong understanding of residential home loan documentation, submission preparation and quality control.
• Strong understanding of credit policy and credit risk concepts.
• Experience coaching team members and managing performance in a structured operational environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across origination, assessment and support teams.
• High attention to detail with sound judgement for missing information and risks.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Packaging Team with clear expectations for productivity and quality.
• Manage daily workflow, queue priorities and service levels to ensure timely submissions.
• Oversee packaging quality, handoff notes and submission readiness.
• Act as escalation point for complex files before handoff to assessment.
• Partner with origination, operations and third‑party stakeholders on requirements and standards.
• Drive operating rhythm with daily queue reviews and weekly quality/workload reviews.
• Support SOPs, checklists and readiness criteria as the function matures.
• Track service performance, rework themes, file ageing and launch risks to stakeholders.
• Remain hands‑on during peak periods to assist with triage and packaging review.
• Ensure focus remains on pre‑submission packaging rather than credit decisioning.
