Job summary

Lendi Group seeks a Packaging Manager to lead the Manila-based Home Loan Packaging Team, delivering high-quality submissions. This hands-on supervisor role combines queue management with coaching, quality oversight and stakeholder coordination to improve submission readiness and reduce rework.

The role focuses on pre-submission packaging, ensuring clear status, rationale and handoff notes before assessment, while maintaining strong risk controls and process discipline.

Qualifications

• Experience leading mortgage processing or loan packaging teams.
• Strong understanding of credit risk concepts.
• Ability to manage queues and improve throughput without sacrificing quality.
• Clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Good attention to detail and process discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Packaging Team with clear expectations on productivity and quality.
• Manage daily workflow, queue priorities and service levels.
• Oversee packaging quality, including completeness and handoff notes.
• Escalate complex files and coordinate with stakeholders before handoff to assessment.
• Collaborate with origination, operations and third-party partners on requirements and standards.
• Establish operating rhythm with daily queue reviews and weekly quality checks.
• Support SOPs, readiness criteria and team controls as the function matures.
• Report on performance, rework themes, aging and risks to Manila and Australian stakeholders.
• Remain hands-on during peak periods to assist with triage and packaging reviews.
