Job summary

Lendi Group in Manila is seeking a Packaging Manager to lead the Home Loan Packaging Team, delivering high-quality, assessment-ready submissions and clear handoff notes before entering assessment.

The role combines hands-on leadership with queue management, coaching, quality oversight and stakeholder coordination to improve throughput and submission quality. A hybrid work arrangement with monthly Makati office visits is provided along with benefits that support wellbeing and professional growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading or supervising a mortgage processing or pre-assessment team.
• Strong understanding of credit policy and credit risk concepts.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with evolving processes and continuous improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and concise file notes.
• High attention to detail with sound judgement on submission risks.
• Must reside in Greater Manila Area with stable internet and dedicated workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Packaging Team with clear productivity and quality expectations.
• Manage daily workflow, queue priorities and service levels.
• Oversee packaging quality, submission readiness and handoff notes.
• Escalate complex files and clarify missing documents before handoff.
• Collaborate with origination, operations and third-party stakeholders.
• Maintain operating rhythm with daily reviews and weekly quality checks.
• Contribute to SOPs and readiness criteria as the function matures.
• Track service performance, rework themes and risks to stakeholders.
• Stay hands-on during peak periods and assist with prioritised files.
• Ensure focus on pre-submission packaging rather than credit decisioning.
