Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
• Extensive experience in the financial industry.
• Experience in the Australian mortgage market preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent command of English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the satisfaction and expectations of the Broker Admin program.
• Partner with senior management for team performance alignment.
• Lead a team of broker admins supporting Aussie mobile brokers.
• Identify and implement strategies to enhance workflows.
• Track team performance and develop solutions.
