Lendi Group is seeking a Mortgage Broker Support Team Manager to lead the Broker Admin program, oversee an experienced team, and ensure high-quality service for brokers and their clients. The role combines strategic, operational, and client-focused duties in a fast-paced fintech environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in people leadership within financial services, strong mortgage knowledge, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a people management/leadership role within financial services.
• Mortgage experience in Australia or knowledge of mortgage concepts is highly preferred.
• Experience in broker/finance support or client engagement roles is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Broker Admin program satisfaction and align with high-quality standards.
• Lead and coach a team of broker admins across Australia and support brokers.
• Prepare performance reports and key insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Learning & Compliance to enhance the Grad program.
