Job summary

Wipro Philippines seeks an accomplished Mortgage Operations leader to oversee the end-to-end loan lifecycle, from origination through default management. You will lead and develop high-performing teams, drive productivity, and ensure adherence to SLAs, quality, and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with clients, compliance, and business leaders to drive process improvements, implement automation, and optimize turnarounds, while maintaining strong risk management and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Mortgage Operations with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Mortgage Originations, Underwriting, Loan Processing, Closing, Servicing, and Default Management.
• Experience managing large operational teams and driving performance improvement with understanding of regulations.
• Preference for knowledge of LOS and Mortgage Servicing Platforms, Lean Six Sigma or Transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end mortgage loan lifecycle across origination, underwriting, processing, closing, servicing, and default management.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams to meet productivity and KPI targets.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure SLAs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements are met.
• Drive process improvements and automation to enhance customer experience and reduce turnaround times.
• Oversee loan servicing, loss mitigation, foreclosure, and default servicing activities.
• Collaborate with clients, compliance teams, auditors, and business leaders to achieve objectives.
• Ensure compliance with mortgage regulations, investor guidelines, and internal policies.
