• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years in marketing, business development, or related roles with digital marketing experience.
• Experience in developing marketing programs, campaigns, partnerships, and events.
• Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, project management, and business development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute home loan marketing programs that drive new bookings and support business growth.
• Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with developers, dealers, manufacturers, and other key partners while driving customer acquisition and engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful implementation of marketing campaigns and projects.
• Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and marketing communications while ensuring compliance with Bank policies and branding standards.
• Analyze market trends, program performance, and customer insights to identify opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with AML record-keeping requirements, relevant laws and regulations, BSP circulars, and the Bank's MLPP.
