Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks an experienced Team Leader – Offshore Operations to oversee offshore teams handling car loans credit support, asset finance settlements support, and broker support. You will drive process improvements, ensure SLAs and KPIs are met, and collaborate with onshore leads while managing risk and compliance in AU lending operations.

The role requires 7+ years in financial services with Australian mortgage and asset finance knowledge, plus strong leadership

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in financial services with Australian mortgage, asset finance, and car loans.
• Strong knowledge of settlements, credit, or collections in the AU market.
• Advanced people management and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.
• Proactive, accountable, resilient, and solutions-oriented with high integrity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee offshore processes and manage SLAs and KPIs.
• Coach and mentor offshore teams (Car Loans Credit Support, Asset Finance Settlements, Broker Support).
• Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture and optimize processes for productivity and quality.
• Provide strategic advice and build strong relationships with onshore leadership.
• Develop monthly management reporting and ensure compliance with industry regulations and data security.
• Lead local growth initiatives and support change management within the business.
