Job summary

JPMorganChase in the Philippines is seeking a Home Lending Solutions Analyst to support a shared correspondent lending pipeline. You will help mortgage files progress through workflows, partner with internal and external clients, and provide timely updates to improve documentation quality and cycle time.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with disciplined follow-through and clear communication, aligning to U.S. business hours and hybrid/on-site needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in mortgage banking and/or mortgage operations.
• Experience supporting file progression activities (processing, underwriting, closing/funding, post-close, or quality control).
• Ability to manage high-volume communication via phone and email and document interactions.

Responsibilities

• Support a shared pipeline of correspondent loan activity to maintain production and service standards.
• Provide status updates to external clients and internal stakeholders; escalate as needed.
• Review loan files for completeness and accuracy against documented requirements.
• Identify gaps and process breaks and drive resolution through routing and follow-up.
• Coordinate with underwriting, compliance, funding, post-funding, and quality to support timely progression.
• Maintain timely notes in systems to support auditability and control.
• Participate in client/internal touchpoints; capture actions and ensure follow-through.
• Identify recurring defects and contribute to root-cause analysis and improvement.
• Demonstrate ownership and a solutions-oriented approach to support customer satisfaction.
