Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Operations Management or similar leadership role.
• Strong experience in the U.S. business environment and mortgage/financial services is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to design and implement SOPs, workflows, and KPIs.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across departments (Sales, Processing, Underwriting, Marketing).
• Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes and SOPs.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and operational KPIs.
• Identify bottlenecks and lead initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic operational initiatives.
