Job summary

Levera Solutions is seeking a Mortgage Broking Administrator (MBA) to join our Manila team onsite, Monday to Friday, from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The role supports Mortgage Consultants by processing applications accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will coordinate with lenders and clients, manage documentation including NCCP forms, and maintain client data in CRM/mortgage software. Prior mortgage industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage broking or financial services administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business/Accounting or related field for graduates.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience for non‑degree holders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM or mortgage software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Mortgage Consultants to ensure loan applications are processed accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate communication with lenders, clients, and onshore personnel to follow up on requirements and progress loan applications.
• Collate and manage applicant documentation including NCCP forms and compliance records.
• Enter and maintain client information in CRM and mortgage software (e.g., FLEX).
• Order property valuations, prepare loan lodgements, perform data validations, and flag potential issues.
• Support post-settlement activities and assist with compliance and QA checks.
• Identify process improvements to streamline administrative workflows and enhance client experience.
