Job summary

KMC Solutions seeks a detail-oriented Loan Administrative Officer to support mortgage administration and loan processing. The role involves managing documentation, progression of applications, lender conditions, and broker support.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in mortgage operations, familiarity with Broker Engine Dashboard and AOL, and strong Excel/Adobe editing skills, plus excellent English communication and data-entry accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally with experience within one company.
• Experience in Australian mortgage or brokerage operations is preferred.
• Hands-on mortgage administration, loan processing, lender conditions management, application progression, broker support, client updates, and settlement-related activities.
• Exposure to Broker Engine Dashboard and Apply Online (AOL) is highly preferred.
• Experience handling financial services or mortgage-related campaigns.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe/document-editing applications.
• Strong English communication and business correspondence skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and high data-entry accuracy.
• Strong file management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support throughout the mortgage and loan processing lifecycle.
• Assist with loan application processing and monitor application progression.
• Manage and follow up on lender conditions and outstanding requirements.
• Review and maintain loan-related documentation and files.
• Provide timely updates and administrative support to brokers and clients.
• Assist with approval coordination and settlement-related activities.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records.
• Use relevant mortgage platforms and systems, including Broker Engine Dashboard and AOL.
• Prepare, edit, and manage documents using Microsoft Excel, Adobe, and other document-editing applications.
• Ensure tasks and documentation are completed accurately and within required deadlines.
