Job summary

Emapta Philippines is seeking a Loan Administrator to manage documentation, monitor requirements, and coordinate stakeholders from preparation through completion. You will apply proficiency in Mercury and Connective, supporting processes for Australian mortgage workflows and financial services clients.

The role offers day-shift hours with weekends off, on-site work across Ortigas, Makati, Alabang, and Quezon City, and a strong path for professional growth through Emapta Academy and global

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant administrative experience, ideally within the finance industry.
• Hands-on Australian mortgage experience, either from lending/banking or a mortgage broker environment.
• Proficiency in Mercury and Connective is required.
• Familiarity with Australian financial services, banking, or lending processes.
• Experience using business systems, workflow platforms, or client management tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and file management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation and client information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach.
• Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Compile and verify application documents to ensure submissions are complete and ready for review.
• Manage key application and completion milestones to support timely processing.
• Track progress and action queries, conditions, and outstanding requirements promptly.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, external partners, and other stakeholders throughout the process.
• Maintain complete, current, and accurate client and application records across relevant systems.
• Provide administrative and customer service support to the broader team.
