Job summary

Emapta Philippines invites an Admin/Customer Service Officer to join its mortgage broking team onsite in Pampanga. You will manage loan applications, coordinate with clients, brokers and banks, and drive timely settlements with accuracy and professional client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• General administrative experience, ideally within the finance industry
• Background in finance or office administration
• Knowledge of Australian banking processes is highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the Mercury system.
• Prepare complete and accurate loan applications before submission.
• Monitor loan assessments and respond promptly to lender requests.
• Liaise with clients, brokers, banks, and other relevant parties throughout the loan process.
• Coordinate all key milestones leading up to settlement.
• Provide general administrative and customer service support to the mortgage broking team.
