Job summary

• Assists clients in complying with the pre-release requirements,inspecting completed documents and requirements for accuracy and thoroughness.
• Coordinate with the Credit Specialist or to the Credit OPS Head for the funds needed in the registration of mortgage and shall prepare settlement per account.
• Maintain a monitoring logbook for the transmittal of documents. Log the dates when to pick up the documents from BIR, ROD and other Government Agencies.
