Job summary

Moder Solutions Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented US Mortgage Closing Coordinator to manage residential mortgage closings from pre-closing through funding.

The role requires experience in US mortgage or title operations and a strong grasp of title, payoff, tax, HOI, and closing documentation. You will coordinate with lenders, borrowers, title companies, notaries, attorneys and other stakeholders to ensure timely closings and accurate packages.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in US mortgage, title insurance, closing, or related mortgage operations.
• Experience handling purchase, refinance, and home equity loan closings is preferred.
• Strong understanding of US mortgage closing processes and title insurance concepts.
• Familiarity with title, payoff, tax, vesting, HOI, recording fees, and closing documentation review.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase, refinance, and home equity loan closing transactions.
• Review loan and title documentation for completeness and accuracy prior to closing.
• Verify closing information including HOI, taxes, vesting, title, payoffs, recording fees, and title fees.
• Coordinate closing schedules with lenders, borrowers, notaries, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and review title company documents and closing packages for accuracy.
• Assemble final signing packages by combining lender and title company documents.
• Confirm successful loan signings and address post-signing corrections promptly.
• Submit required funding documentation to lenders for final funding approval.
