You will research lender options, run servicing calculations, prepare loan recommendations, and manage document collection while maintaining clear client communication. The role requires hands-on lending or loan processing experience, initiative, and strong written English.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in loan processing or mortgage brokerage support.
• End-to-end loan process knowledge: document collection, credit assessment, valuations, submission.
• Experience running servicing calculations and comparing lender products.
• Ability to prepare written loan summaries and recommendations.
• Proficient CRM and data entry; quick to learn new platforms.
• Excellent written English for client communications.
• Strong attention to detail with financial documents.
• Proactive, self-starting, able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Review new client files and scenario summaries from the broker.
• Research and compare lender products to find suitable options.
• Run servicing and serviceability calculations across lenders.
• Prepare written loan option summaries and recommendations.
• Enter data and lodge loan applications in the CRM.
• Collect documents from clients and keep broker copied.
• Follow up on outstanding documents to move applications forward.
• Support credit assessment and valuation requirements through submission.
• Keep digital client files organized and up to date.
• Suggest process improvements and workflow enhancements.
