vamasters, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Processing Specialist to support a growing mortgage broking business. You’ll handle client scenarios from file handover to loan submission, research lender options, run servicing calculations, and prepare loan recommendation summaries.

Ideal candidates have hands-on lending or loan processing experience, write clearly to clients and lenders, and can take initiative, work independently, and manage multiple files with high accuracy.

Formación

• 1–2 years in loan processing, mortgage brokerage support, or lending operations.
• End-to-end loan process understanding: documents, credit, valuations, submission.
• Experience running servicing calculations and comparing lender products.
• Ability to write loan summaries and recommendations.
• Confident data entry in CRM and quick to learn new platforms.
• Clear, professional written English for client-facing emails.
• High attention to detail with financial documents and figures.
• Proactive, self-starting, can own a file without step-by-step guidance.
• Organized, conscientious, able to work solo.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review client files, documents, and scenario summaries from the broker.
• Research and compare lender products to find best loan options.
• Run servicing and serviceability calculations across shortlisted lenders.
• Prepare loan option summaries and recommendations for broker review.
• Enter data accurately and lodge loan applications in the CRM.
• Collect documents from clients via email, copy broker on all correspondence
• Chase outstanding documents to keep applications moving
• Support credit assessment and valuation requirements through submission
• Keep digital client files and records organized and current
• Share ideas to improve processes and workflows
