vamasters, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Processing Specialist to support a growing mortgage broking business.

You will take client scenarios from initial file handover through to loan submission, researching lender options, running servicing calculations, and preparing loan recommendation summaries. You will manage document collection, enter data into the CRM, and keep clients and lenders informed with clear written communication.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in loan processing or lending operations.

Aufgaben

• Review new client files and scenario summaries from the broker.
• Research and compare lender products to find suitable loan options.
• Run servicing and serviceability calculations across shortlisted lenders.
• Prepare written loan option summaries and broker-facing recommendations.
• Enter data accurately and lodge loan applications in the CRM system.
• Collect required documents from clients by email and keep broker copied.
• Follow up on outstanding documents to keep applications moving.
• Support credit assessment and valuation requirements through to submission.
• Keep digital client files and records organized and up to date.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and workflows.
