Job summary

Gratitude Philippines in Quezon City, Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Monitoring, Observability & Event Management Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise monitoring and observability solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, Azure Monitoring, and AIOps to design scalable monitoring architectures that improve application performance, system reliability, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT Monitoring, Observability, or Application Performance Management.
• 3+ years of experience in IT Architecture or Solution Architecture.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow ITOM Event Management and AIOps.
• Strong experience designing enterprise monitoring solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.
• Experience implementing monitoring for SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-wide monitoring, observability, and event management solutions.
• Architect and integrate alerts into ServiceNow ITOM Event Management and AIOps.
• Develop enterprise monitoring standards and best practices aligned with business and IT architecture.
• Design monitoring solutions across SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS environments.
• Configure and optimize Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics, AppDynamics, Grafana, ThousandEyes, and other monitoring platforms.
• Build automation solutions using PowerShell, Python, Ansible, and Azure services.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, DevOps, cloud, and application teams to improve system reliability.
• Analyze application and infrastructure performance issues and recommend scalable solutions.
• Drive proof-of-concept initiatives and automation projects.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Monitoring, Observability & Event Management Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise monitoring and observability solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, Azure Monitoring, AIOps, and enterprise monitoring platforms, with the ability to design scalable monitoring architectures that improve application performance, system reliability, and operational efficiency.

You will collaborate with cross-functional infrastructure, DevOps, cloud, and application teams to deliver proactive monitoring solutions across enterprise environments.
