You will conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting of production equipment, execute repairs and replacements, and manage installation and configuration of production machinery.

Conduct thorough diagnostics and troubleshooting of production equipment to identify malfunctions and implement effective corrective actions
Execute repair and replacement of faulty parts to restore equipment functionality and maintain production continuity
Carry out installation and configuration of production machinery, ensuring proper alignment, calibration, and readiness for operation
Respond promptly to sudden equipment failures, performing rapid repairs to minimize operational disruption
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including service reports and preventive maintenance checklists
Participate in YOKOTEN activities by sharing best practices, improvements, and lessons learned to enhance overall maintenance efficiency and reliability
Conduct regular inventory of spare parts, track usage, and ensure critical components are available for timely maintenance
Manage parts ordering and coordinate with suppliers to follow up on delivery schedules
Participate and support in all corporate quality, productivity, continuous improvement (Kaizen), 5'S, Occupational Safety and Health Environment
Technical Vocational graduate of any 2 year course or its equivalent years of experience
Knowledgeable in MS Applications (MSWord, Excel & Powerpoint)
At least one (1) year working related experience in Maintenance of Production Equipment
Knowledge in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
