The role requires hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, a bachelor's degree in engineering (or related) and 2–3 years in a manufacturing setting. Direct-hire, full-time position located in Laguna, with 5S and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of machine maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Familiarity with safety standards and maintenance documentation.
• PRC License, TESDA NC II, Lean Six Sigma, or related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a Technician to support our Facilities and Maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of production machines and equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The role also supports machine improvements, safety compliance, inventory management, and maintenance documentation.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.
• Install, set up, and improve production equipment.
• Conduct regular machine inspections and support production line operations.
• Maintain tools, spare parts, and maintenance records.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any related field, or Technical/Vocational graduate.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in machine maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience in welding, fabrication, or machine modification is an advantage.
• Familiar with safety standards and maintenance documentation.
