Job summary

A manufacturing company in Laguna, Philippines is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure that all machines run smoothly and to support production. Job Description

1. Ensures that all machines and production equipment run smoothly to meet schedules

2. Monitors machine performance and equipment being used in the production line and respond immediately to any machine trouble that may arise such as but not limited to machine parameter

3. Makes countermeasure report for problems encountered, conduct analysis and make recommendations to prevent re-occurrence of the problem

4. Makes recommendations and suggestions on productivity and machine improvement and proceed improvement action

5. Support production on relay-out plans, physical set-up, machines, tables and other equipment in the production line

6. Equipment installation, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting

General knowledge on operation, repair and maintenance of machine

7. Monitoring of machine performance such as but not limited to laser machine, data gathering and calibration

Requirements:

1. Graduate of a Technology course or college level in an engineering course

2. At least 1 year work experience as a maintenance/ equipment or production technician in a semiconductor/electronics manufacturing company. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

3. Knowledge on programmable logic control (PLC) and electromechanical set - up.

4. Knowledge on equipment installation, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting

5. Able to read and interpret schematic eletro-mechanical diagram/ engineering drawings

6. Knowledge on machines (winding and molding machines) and tools including their design, uses, repair and maintenance)

7. Knowledge in stamping machine is an advantage but not required
