Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 2–3 years in technical, maintenance or manufacturing operations.
- Knowledge of Injection Molding Industry and preventive/corrective maintenance programs.
- Experience supervising maintenance and technical personnel.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good leadership and communication skills.

- Supervise daily technical and maintenance activities.
- Ensure proper operation and upkeep of production machinery and equipment.
- Monitor and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Lead troubleshooting and repair of equipment breakdowns.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to improve operational efficiency.

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing technical operations, ensuring machine efficiency, equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement of production processes.
- Supervise daily technical and maintenance activities
- Ensure proper operation and upkeep of production machinery and equipment
- Monitor and implement preventive maintenance schedules
- Lead troubleshooting and repair of equipment breakdowns
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to improve operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- At least 2–3 years of experience in technical, maintenance, or manufacturing operations
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in the Injection Molding Industry
- Experience in supervising maintenance and technical personnel
- Knowledgeable in preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good leadership and communication skills
