Role Overview

This position is the company’s sales frontline for Regional Key Accounts. The role is responsible for: (1) serving as the company’s primary contact to our customers, providing exceptional customer service, (2) ensuring excellent in-store execution of CCEAP's products by focusing on, (3) addressing opportunities through picture of success, value-added placements, and sales, and (4) partnering with customers to develop and grow the customer business vis-a-vis CCEAP’s business.

Key Responsibilities

• Execution Standards and Tracking. The MTD is responsible for ensuring excellent in-store execution of CCEAP's products. This includes availability (both cold and ambient) of the Must-Have SKUs of the channel, ensuring proper share of visible inventory, correct pricing, and merchandising.
• Accounts Receivable Management - Collection and Countering.
• Customer Management and Business Development.
• Resource Planning & Management.
• New Customer and Business Expansion
• Work Planning. The MTD is responsible for adherence to routines, taking into account business priorities.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduate of any Business-related course
• Can easily build rapport and relationship with customers
• Process-oriented and technology-inclined
• Has work integrity and can work with minimal supervision
• Has valid driver’s license for 4-wheels
