Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines is seeking a Transport Process Lead to optimize end-to-end transportation operations, drive cost efficiency, and ensure compliant delivery. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in supply chain process improvement, familiarity with SAP, PowerBI, PowerApps, and strong Excel skills, plus leadership and stakeholder management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial or Management Engineering is an advantage).
• 1-2 years of supply chain process improvement experience; internship for fresh graduates.
• Familiar with SAP, PowerBI, PowerApps.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experienced in leading a team or program; strong stakeholder management.
• Must adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process Optimization: analyze and refine Transportation workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Fleet Mix: review company-owned vs outsourced trucks and impact on costs.
• Implementation of Transport Models: propose and implement new transport models aligned to Route to Market strategy.
• Delivery Capacity Management: ensure logistics capacity matches required volumes with planning support.
• People Engagement: coach region and operatives on transport-related projects.

Role Overview

The Transport Process Lead is responsible for overseeing and optimizing end-to-end transportation operations to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant delivery of goods. This role involves collaborating cross - functionally to drive continuous improvement and enhance efficiencies in transport planning, execution, and monitors Transport metrics related to cost, service, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Process Optimization

• Analyzes and refines Transportation workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Integrates and explores digitalization opportunities in Transportation workflows.

Fleet Mix

• Reviews current mix of Company Owned and Outsourced Trucks and its impact on Transportation Cost Budget.
• Recommends the right mix of Company Owned and Outsourced Trucks given the RTM Landscape.

Implementation of Transport Models

• Recommends and implements new alternative Transportation Models that would support the organization’s Route to Market Strategy.
• Ensures Transportation Models and Processes have very minimal to zero labor risk exposure.

Delivery Capacity Management

• Implements the following (but not limited to) processes and programs to ensure Logistics Units' delivery capacity will support the required volume to be moved.
• Resource Planning Support - Assumptions refresh, sensitivity analysis on periodic and quarterly truck requirements.
• Delivery Program Menu
• Peak Season Incentive Programs

People Engagement

• Supports and provides coaching to Region and Operatives on local Transport related projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial or Management Engineering is an advantage!)
• Must have 1-2 years of supply chain process improvement experience; Internship experience for fresh graduates.
• Must be familiar with SAP system, PowerBI, PowerApps
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experienced in leading a team or a program; strong stakeholder management is also a must!
• Must be quick to adapt to a fast-paced learning.
