Beiersdorf Philippines Incorporated is seeking an MT Operations Manager to drive profitable growth in the Philippines. You will lead five Regional Key Account Managers, oversee field operations and align cross-functional teams to deliver in-store excellence and strong partnerships with customers and distributors.

You will translate national strategies into regional plans, manage trade investments, and ensure inventory health, forecast accuracy, and POS visibility while coaching teams and driving

Competenze

• 5–10 years of sales/commercial experience in FMCG/consumer goods.
• At least 5 years handling Modern Trade channels in the Philippines, with proven top retail customer management.
• Experience leading multi-functional sales teams and regional operations.
• Background in category management and shopper marketing.
• Strong data analytics, retail data forecasting and decision-making.

Your Tasks

As MT Operations Manager, you will deliver profitable, sustainable growth in the Philippines by driving regional in-store excellence, optimizing trade investments and strengthening partnerships with customers and distributors. You will lead 5 Regional Key Account Managers (RKAMs), oversee field operations and align cross‑functional teams. Reporting to the Head of MT/DT.

Your key responsibilities:

In-store execution

• Partner with merchandising agencies and field sales teams to deliver best‑in‑class execution
• Lead regional activations: promotions, planograms, POS visibility and launches
• Track and improve KPIs: Top 10 store penetration, MSL on‑shelf availability, share of shelf, planogram and promo compliance, competitor activity and pricing
• Drive local key account IMS growth and regional sub‑distributor operations

Channel strategy & growth

• Translate the national MT strategy into regional plans aligned with brand, category and customer priorities
• Identify growth drivers, category opportunities and shopper trends
• Support regional Joint Business Plans with customers

Supply chain & operations

• Work with Supply Chain, distributors and Customer Operations on forecast accuracy, fill rates and healthy inventory
• Resolve replenishment, logistics, delivery and out‑of‑stock issues
• Govern claims, returns and trade activities

Leadership & capability building

• Coach your RKAMs in negotiation, data analytics, category and shopper management, and Perfect Store & 5Ps execution
• Build a culture of accountability through field visits, business reviews and action plans
• Cascade SRM, ABP and strategic priorities; manage appraisals and salary reviews

Revenue delivery

• Deliver revenue, distribution, visibility and share targets in line with national strategy and compliance standards
• Reallocate manpower, budget and visibility assets to unlock opportunities
• Track competitors and deploy trade spend with ROI tracking, together with Finance and S&CM

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
• 5-10 years of sales/commercial experience in FMCG/consumer goods
• At least 5 years handling Modern Trade channels in the Philippines, with a proven track record of managing top retail customers
• Experience leading multi‑functional sales teams, including overseeing a regional key account office and field operations
• Background in category management and shopper marketing
• Data‑driven decision making and strong command of retail data analytics and forecasting tools
• High commercial acumen, with expertise in trade spend, P&L and pricing strategies
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
